Role overview
The Content Producer runs the pipeline that turns a plan into published work. The role owns calendar, production, and delivery, holding quality while output stays high across several brands at once.
About the role
You plan against campaign moments rather than filling slots, brief and run shoots, and keep AI-assisted production honest so volume never costs the brand its voice. You work with the creative and growth leads on both ends of the process.
Key responsibilities
Own content calendars across multiple client brands
Plan and run shoots so one session covers weeks of output
Direct AI-assisted production without losing brand voice
Prepare and deliver assets to each channel's specification
Track what performs and feed it back into planning
Keep the asset library tidy and correctly named
Required experience
Experience running social content at pace for real brands
Working knowledge of AI production tools and their limits
Comfort with shoot logistics and post workflows
Organised enough to hold several calendars at once
Clear written communication
Working environment
This role is remote. Work is structured around focus and collaboration, with time allocated for review, discussion, and reflection. The pace is steady rather than reactive, allowing space for ideas to mature before resolution.
Compensation and approach
Compensation is aligned with experience and responsibility. The studio prioritises long-term sustainability, clarity of expectations, and working conditions that support thoughtful practice.
Closing note
This role suits people who value process as much as outcome. If your approach is grounded in patience, attention, and collaboration, there is space here to work with intent and care.
